Truth Challenge:
1. When you think of ‘home,’ what, specifically, do you think of?
2. If you could choose one book as a mandatory read for all high school students, which book would you choose?
3. In the haste of your daily life, what are you not seeing? Ie. What are your blind spots?
4. If you could take a single photograph of your life, what would it look like?
5. How does one shine their brightest light?
4 Biggest Takeaways:
-Spend as much time around the people in your lives who are the happiest, and those you want to learn most from.
-Be open to the signs that show up in life and trust your intuition. For example, Light's life changing moment when he unexpectedly realized that meditation was his calling.
-When meditating, think of your thoughts as traffic moving by you down the street as if you are on the sidewalk - take notice but don't direct or control the traffic!
-Meditation gives greater sense of presence, happiness, peace & creativity, and a busy mind is a bi-product of imbalances in the body that need to be cleared out (like your internet browser history!).
